Mr. Graham is a Director, Finance where he focuses on finance and tax projects across a sub-set of existing and prospective industrial growth portfolio companies. Previously, he was the Chief Financial Officer and a Transaction Partner of Arenal Capital, a distressed investing firm where he helped establish the finance and operations functions of the firm. Prior to that, Mr. Graham was a Managing Member of Maharg Advisory, a firm dedicated to helping small- and middle-market companies with financial accounting due diligence.
