Marion Hayes Bio

Ms. Hayes is a Senior Managing Director and the Head of Responsible Investing of Arsenal where she leads and oversees the execution of Arsenal’s responsible investing program and new ESG initiatives. Prior to joining Arsenal in 2022, Ms. Hayes was a Senior Vice President, ESG Management at Brookfield Asset Management. Before joining Brookfield’s ESG team, she was part of Brookfield’s branding and communications, private funds, and investor relations teams.
