Nick joined Arlington in 2018. Prior to joining Arlington, Nick worked for Accel-KKR, a software-focused private equity firm. Previously, Nick also worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch where he worked on their Technology M&A team, advising both buy-side and sell-side clients. Nick holds a B.A. in Business-Economics from UCLA, cum laude, and an M.B.A from the Wharton School of Business, where he graduated with Honors Nick currently serves on the Board of Directors of Everest Clinical Research, Exostar, Intellectual Technology Inc, and TEAM Technologies. Nick previously worked on Arlington’s investments in BlueHalo, J&J Worldwide, Molecular Products, and Octo Consulting.
