Diana joined Arlington as a Vice President in 2024. Prior to joining Arlington, Diana was a Vice President at The Vistria Group where she focused on business services and software investments in the education and government sectors. Before Vistria, Diana worked at Francisco Partners, where she was responsible for technology and software investments in healthcare IT and consumer internet sectors. Previously, Diana was a private equity associate at the CIM Group and an investment banking analyst at Deutsche Bank’s Leveraged Finance Group. Diana received a B.S. in Finance and Politics with a minor in Math, cum laude, from New York University’s Stern School of Business. She earned her M.B.A. from The Wharton School and her M.P.A. from the Harvard Kennedy School.
