Ms. Heckenkemper joined Argonaut in February 2016 with over 6 years of experience in the human capital space including recruiting, organizational strategy, and employee retention. Her main role at Argonaut Private Equity is collaborating with portfolio companies in recruiting talented professionals, developing roles, and making sound human resource decisions. Before working in human resources, Ms. Heckenkemper spent 10 years in the oil and gas industry. Ms. Heckenkemper is a proud Tulsa native and involved with multiple community initiatives.
