Phil VanTrease Bio

Mr. VanTrease is responsible for reviewing and structuring transactions, as well as managing the financial operations and reporting of the firm, including tax and regulatory matters. Prior to Argonaut, Mr. VanTrease had his own law practice and worked in international tax at various Big 4 accounting firms. Mr. VanTrease is a graduate of Trinity University and received his JD and MBA from the University of Oregon.
