Kelby Hagar Bio

Mr. Hagar is responsible for advising and overseeing portfolio companies and overall strategy for the firm. Mr. Hagar assists portfolio businesses in the recruitment of executives, implementation of software systems, business improvement activities and executive and board governance. Mr. Hagar also manages the Operating Advisors program. Mr. Hagar is the Chairman of Yellow Folder, LLC and previously served as the CEO of Westec Intelligent Surveillance, Inc., Digital Witness, LLC and GroceryWorks.com, and as a Vice President at Hunt Investment Group. Mr. Hagar is a Certified Public Accountant and attorney, and served as a corporate and tax attorney with Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP. A Texas native, Mr. Hagar is a graduate of Harvard Law School.
