Joyce Schnoedl Bio

Joyce Schnoedl is a Partner of Argand. Previously, she was a Vice President of Castle Harlan, where she focused on private equity transactions across a variety of industries, including portfolio work for Gold Star Foods, Baker & Taylor, RathGibson and Perkins & Marie Callender’s. Prior to joining Castle Harlan, Joyce was an investment professional at J.H. Whitney & Co., where she focused on investments across consumer, specialty manufacturing, healthcare and business services sectors. Previously, she worked in the Healthcare Investment Banking Group of Goldman, Sachs & Co., where she focused on merger advisory and financing transactions for global healthcare clients. Joyce graduated cum laude from Harvard University with a B.A. in Economics and earned her M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School with first-year Honors. Joyce is involved with the portfolio management of Capezio, Brintons Carpets and Concrete Pumping Holdings, Inc. She is a director of Capezio and a former director of Brintons Carpets, Sigma Electric, Gold Star Foods and Baker & Taylor.
