Ross Grater Bio

Ross Grater is the Managing Partner of Argan and, in such capacity, he is responsible for the day-to-day management and decision making of Argan, including the ongoing portfolio management of investments across Argan's portfolio. He is also responsible for the management and monitoring of finance, taxation and compliance for Argan's operations, and leads the firm’s activities in Western Europe, Africa and the Americas. Before joining the Argan team in 2011, Mr. Grater worked for Deloitte in London, the Cayman Islands and South Africa where he gained substantial experience in the financial services industry and exposure to a number of mid-market firms. Mr. Grater is a graduate of the University of Cape Town and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2006.
