Federica Tessari Bio

Ms. Tessari is a Vice President in the Ares Private Equity Group. Prior to joining Ares in 2023, Ms. Tessari was an Investment Banking Associate at J.P. Morgan, where she focused on executing transactions in the consumer and retail industry across mergers and acquisitions and capital markets. Ms. Tessari holds a B.Sc., summa cum laude, in Business Administration and Management, as well as an M.Sc., summa cum laude, in International Management from Bocconi University.
