Blake Toll Bio

Mr. Toll is a Vice President in the Ares Private Equity Group. Prior to joining Ares in 2024, Mr. Toll was a Vice President at OpenGate Capital, where he focused on investments and operations in middle market companies. Previously, he was the Chief Development Officer of Assembly Health, a Shore Capital portfolio company, where he was responsible for sourcing and executing accretive acquisitions. In addition, Mr. Toll was a Vice President and Associate at Atlantic Street Capital and an Analyst in Leveraged Finance at RBC Capital Markets. He holds a B.B.A. from the University of Michigan, and a dual degree, M.B.A. & JD, from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Business and Pritzker School of Law. He is an inactive member of the Illinois Bar Association.
