Jason Yao joined Ardian in 2011. He started in the Singapore office before moving to Beijing where he heads the office and has been instrumental in developing Ardian’s Secondaries & Primaries’ platform in China. Jason equally leads the firm’s institutional investor relations within the Greater China region. Prior to joining Ardian, he was a business analyst at McKinsey & Company. He is based in Beijing.
