Mohammed Shakir Maka Bio

Shakir is a Principal in the Legal department. His responsibilities involve the formation, maintenance and dissolution of portfolio structures including all corporate and deal entities, as well as regulatory compliance, board and shareholder matters. He is also the Deputy MLRO of Arcapita Group. Shakir holds a Bachelors of Commerce from Narsee Monjee College Mumbai, India. He is a member of The Chartered Governance Institute of UK (ICSA), has completed the ACCA qualification and holds an International Diploma in Governance, Risk and Compliance from the International Compliance Association.
