Fiona is a Director and the Head of Human Capital. Her responsibilities involve overseeing the Human Capital team, who offer support and guidance to team members and managers on a day-to-day basis, as well as being responsible for the overarching Human Capital strategy of the firm. She brings over 20 years of Human Capital experience with a strong focus on driving international growth and transformation. Prior to joining Arcapita, Fiona headed the Human Resources team at several institutes including Oaktree Capital Management’s, international offices, and the Kuwait Investment Office. Fiona is certified in leadership development and holds an MBA from Bangor University, and in line with her passion for discovering potential, she also holds an MSc in applied positive psychology and MA in mindfulness based approaches to health and wellbeing.
