Jared Sprole Bio

Jared is the founding Partner of Arcady Jared Sprole Capital Company and a Managing Director. He currently provides advisory services for two regional mid-market companies. Prior to founding Arcady in late 2010, Jared held a variety of roles in private equity, commercial and investment banking, and industry. Jared helped manage four portfolio company investments for Saugatuck Capital Company that included valuations, negotiating acquisition financing, a secondary equity offering and serving as a board member for one of the portfolio companies. He also provided due diligence and valuations for prospective investments. He has also served as EVP & CFO of Equity Bank, N.A., a regional commercial bank, where he completed a substantial growth equity capital raise, and as VP Finance and Treasurer of Premio Foods, a leading pork processor. In addition, Jared's industrial experience includes merger & acquisition work for INVISTA S.a.r.L., a wholly owned subsidiary of Koch Industries, Inc.
