Graduated with honors in Management Engineering at the Carlo Cattaneo University – LIUC in Castellanza, he obtained a master cum laude in Merchant Banking at the same university. After working for two years in consulting at Accenture and PwC Transaction Services, he gained a decade of experience in private equity in leveraged buyout and growth capital operations, first at Assietta Private Equity and, subsequently, with the Edmond de Rothschild group (now Andera Partners), investing in Italian SMEs operating in the consumer goods and industrial sectors.
