Graduated in Electronic Engineering at the Politecnico di Milano, he obtained a Master cum laude in Business Administration at Bocconi University. After working at Pirelli and Arthur Andersen Corporate Finance, he began his career in Private Equity at SO.PA.F. Subsequently, he was Director and member of the Business Development Board of Bridgepoint, one of the largest international Private Equity operators. He was then among the promoters and member of the Management Board of Management & Capitali, listed on the Milan Stock Exchange, the first listed investment company focused on turnaround and special situations, with a capital of € 550 million. He is a Founding Partner and CEO of Arcadia SGR.
