John Barbujani Bio

Graduated cum laude in Administration, Corporate Finance and Control at Bocconi University in Milan, with a specialization in Corporate Finance. Before joining Arcadia SGR, he worked at NPV SpA, a corporate finance and management consulting boutique, where he followed several M&A transactions, financial restructuring and turnarounds in the industrial and service sectors, as advisor to industrial groups, SMEs and Private Equity funds. He also participated in the development of NPV Capital Partners, a Private Equity fund focused on Italian SMEs.
