Jeremy co-heads the investment team and is mainly focused on energy transition investing for ARC. He is responsible for deal origination, structuring and execution, portfolio monitoring and exit. He works closely with ARC’s portfolio companies on corporate strategy, risk management, strategy execution and financial matters. Jeremy is a member of ARC's Executive and Investment Committees and currently represents ARC on the boards of Lifting Solutions Energy Services Inc., Silfab Solar Inc. and STEP Energy Services Ltd. Jeremy joined ARC in 2004. He has a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of Calgary, is a CFA Charterholder and is an Institute of Corporate Directors Certified Director.
