Sean Knightly Bio

Sean Knightly is a Senior Vice President at Arable Capital Partners and joined the firm in 2020. Sean concentrates on the firm’s efforts around sourcing investments, transaction analysis and execution, and monitoring of active portfolio companies. He serves on the boards of Pacific Trellis Fruit/Progressive Produce and the newly formed organization of organicgirl with Braga Fresh and Dole Fresh Vegetables. Prior to joining the firm, Sean was a Finance Manager at Kraft Heinz, where he managed the P&L for its $1.4 billion beverages business. Before this, Sean was an Associate at RCP Advisors, a Chicago-based private equity firm, where he focused on investments in middle market companies. Sean began his career in investment banking with Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Sean received an M.B.A. from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a B.A in Economics with honors from the University of Chicago. He was raised in Chicago, Illinois and resides in Bellevue, Washington.
