Nikola Sutherland Bio

Nikola is a founding partner and a member of our investment committee. She leads our investor relations function and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the firm. She was previously chief operating officer at Bowmark Capital. Prior to that she was chief operating officer at Duke Street and was a founding partner at Park Square Capital. Nikola began her career in banking including roles at Rothschild & Co in Australia and JPMorgan in New York and London. Nikola holds a BA in economics from St. Mary’s College of Maryland and an MBA in finance and management from Columbia Business School.
