Xiaoni Shi Bio

Xiaoni Shi is a Partner and Head of IR Asia Pacific. She joined Apax in 2018 and is based in Hong Kong. Prior to joining Apax, Xiaoni was a Principal at Campbell Lutyens with primary coverage of investors and fund managers in Japan and China. She has also held positions with Shining Capital and Squadron Capital Advisors Limited, both in Hong Kong, where she gained experience of direct investments and funds of funds investments, as well as investor relations. Immediately following graduation, Xiaoni worked within the investment banking divisions of UBS AG and Merrill Lynch (Asia Pacific) in Hong Kong. Xiaoni graduated with a BSc Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Born in China and brought up in Japan, Xiaoni speaks English, Japanese and Chinese (Mandarin).
