Michael Lampshire Bio

Michael is Head of Funds Legal in the Legal and Compliance team and is based in London. Prior to joining Apax Partners in December 2018, Michael worked as a legal director at Actis and has previously worked as legal counsel at Campbell Lutyens and as a private funds lawyer at Clifford Chance. Michael holds a first class honours degree in political science from Durham University, a graduate diploma in law from BPP University and a legal practice qualification from the College of Law.
