Mariapaola Testa Bio

Mariapaola Testa is a Vice President in the Tech Team. She joined Apax in 2021 and is currently based in London. Prior to joining Apax, Mariapaola founded the startup Futurely, a digital career coaching platform in Italy and in the US. Before that, Mariapaola was a Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group in London, where she advised clients on Corporate Development, Strategy and Digital. Mariapaola holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MS in Operations Research from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a BS in Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.
