Andy Zhang Bio

Andy Zhang is a Vice President in the Internet/Consumer team. He joined Apax in 2019 and is currently based in New York. His Apax deal experience includes Accurate Background and KAR Global. Prior to joining Apax, Andy was a member of Morgan Stanley's Mergers and Acquisitions Group in both New York and Hong Kong, where he worked on M&A transactions across multiple sectors. Andy holds a BA in Financial Economics from Columbia University in the City of New York.
