Ailene Holderness Bio

Ailene Holderness is a Principal in the Internet/Consumer team. She joined Apax in 2023 and is currently based in New York. Prior to joining Apax, Ailene was the Head of M&A at IAC (Nasdaq: IAC), a consumer technology holding company. Previously, she worked at Pegasus Capital Advisors, Marron Capital, and Kohlberg & Company. She began her career as an investment banking analyst at Citi in the Global Consumer & Retail Group in New York. Ailene holds a BBA in Finance and Accounting from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and a BA in English from the University of Michigan.
