Gerald (1984) is a business manager. He worked for 3 years as a Business Analyst at Centrotec Sustainable AG on various M&A processes in which Centrotec bought production companies. As Corporate Finance Advisor at de Jong en Laan, he worked for 3 years on dozens of deals within SMEs and advised entrepreneurs on the buying and selling of companies and in the field of valuation and financing issues.
