Mitchell Green Bio

Mitchell Green, a licensed CPA, joined Ancor in 1996 and has performed numerous roles during his tenure with the firm. As a Principal and Chief Financial Officer for the firm, one of his most vital functions includes the valuation and financial modeling process associated with numerous Ancor acquisitions. He also oversees financial accounting, tax and treasury functions, and is the primary liaison to the firm’s audit, tax and banking relationships. Additionally, he serves as the firm’s Chief Compliance Officer and IT Director. Prior to joining Ancor, Mitchell worked in public accounting with Ernst & Young, and a local public accounting firm where he gained experience in both audit and tax. Mitchell, who has lived in the Dallas/Fort Worth area for over 50 years, is married and resides in Keller, Texas. A graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington (Summa Cum Laude), he has one grown daughter and currently serves as a board member of the Dallas Metropolitan YMCA’s Camp Grady Spruce. Mitchell also spent many years coaching youth soccer. He is passionate about travel and sports, and is an avid golfer and soccer player.
