Roger Fuchs Bio

Roger is responsible for originating and executing investments and working with portfolio companies. He joined Ancala in 2022 and has over a decade of investment and advisory experience across infrastructure and real assets. Since joining Ancala, Roger has contributed to an investment in the energy transition sector and been involved in a bolt-on acquisition in the circular economy sector. Prior to Ancala, Roger worked for over five years at Astarte Capital where he was a member of the investment team in London. There he was responsible for leading investment evaluation, execution and asset management and focused on infrastructure, transportation and energy sectors.  Previously he worked at Macquarie Capital in London, where he advised on buy side and sell side M&A, financing and principal transactions across the infrastructure and energy sectors. Before that he worked at Schindler Group and Translift Schweiz in the mechanical engineering team.  Roger holds an MSc in Corporate Finance from Cass Business School in London and a BSc in Business Engineering from Lucerne University of Applied Sciences in Switzerland. He is a CFA Charterholder and member of the CFA Society in the UK.
