Agnieszka Gawron Bio

Agnieszka is responsible for originating and executing investments and working with portfolio companies. She joined Ancala in 2024 and has more than a decade of infrastructure investment experience across utilities, energy, transport and digital infrastructure. Agnieszka has led investments across origination, execution and asset management. Prior to Ancala, Agnieszka worked for over 5 years at OMERS Infrastructure in London where she was responsible for originating and executing new investments, predominantly in renewables and digital infrastructure, and actively managing various portfolio companies. Previously, Agnieszka spent close to 6 years at Macquarie Asset Management in London, where she was responsible for evaluating, executing and managing infrastructure investments on behalf of managed funds mainly across Italy and Poland. She started her career in corporate finance advisory at ING Bank in Warsaw and London. Agnieszka holds an MSc in Quantitative Methods in Economics and Information Systems from Warsaw School of Economics.
