Joe Vidmar Bio

Joe joined Amzak in 2013 as the Operating Partner and Project Manager. Joe provides managerial and leadership expertise in the areas of finance, operations, and business strategy for Amzak’s Industrial portfolio. Joe has 30+ years of experience in heavy and light manufacturing environments. Prior to joining Amzak, he was General Manager for Alcoa Architectural Products, North America. In his 23 years with Alcoa, Inc., Joe held various leadership and management positions in casting, hot rolling, cold rolling, slitting, power generation, smelting, and aluminum finishing. He worked in the rigid can sheet, flat-rolled products, and architectural products divisions. Joe holds a Master of Science in Industrial Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Finance Concentration from the University of Southern Indiana. Joe is a US Navy Veteran and served on submarines as a Nuclear Electrician's Mate and Scuba Diver.
