Dana Niles Bio

Dana, who joined Ampersand in 2013, has over 20 years of finance and operations experience. Previously, he was the CFO of HighPoint Capital, a specialty finance company. Prior to HighPoint, he served in a number of roles, including Controller for HLM Venture Partners, Controller for YankeeTek Ventures and Senior Auditor for Arthur Andersen. Dana holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Vermont and is a CPA.
