Jillian Detmer Bio

Jillian Detmer joined American Securities in 2022 and co-heads the investor relations team, overseeing investor relationships, fundraising, and marketing efforts. She is also a member of the Operating Committee. Prior to joining American Securities, Jillian was Head of Business Development for Annaly Capital Management’s Private Credit business, where she led fundraising efforts and built a business development team, contributing to its growth and strategic positioning. Over this period, she also served as Head of Investor Relations for the publicly traded parent company. Previously, she worked in Business Development at GoldenTree Asset Management, focusing on Pension and Consultant Relations. Jillian began her career at Barclays Capital. She received a BA in Economics & Business from Lafayette College.
