Jeremy Maco Bio

Jeremy joined American Securities in 2015. He supports the firm in managing its compliance programs and also supports the legal team. Prior to joining American Securities, Jeremy spent four and a half years as in-house legal and compliance counsel at Irving Place Capital. He began his career as an associate in the business law department of Goodwin Procter LLP, where he represented companies in private mergers, acquisitions, financings, and general corporate matters. Jeremy received a BA in Philosophy and English from Boston College and a JD from Boston College School of Law.
