Charlotte Tallon joined American Securities in 2023. She leads the Human Resources function at American Securities. Charlotte is responsible for delivering excellence along the full spectrum of the HR discipline: compensation and benefits design and administration, payroll, recruiting, employee relations matters, performance management, professional development, employment law and immigration matters. Prior to joining American Securities, she was Americas Head of Human Resources at Pantheon Ventures. Prior to Pantheon, Charlotte was a Human Resources Business Partner at Barclays. She also held prior roles with Liberty Mutual and Warburg Pincus. Charlotte received a BA in Economics and Political Science from the University of Vermont.
