Carl Liebert Bio

Carl Liebert joined American Securities in 2023. He works directly with our portfolio company management teams on the development and implementation of their strategic agendas. He is currently a Director of RealManage. Carl has over three decades of experience leading financial services, retail, real estate, and industrial organizations as CEO, COO, and President among various other roles. Prior to joining American Securities, he was CEO of Keller Williams, the world’s largest real estate franchise. Previously, Carl held the roles of CEO at AutoNation, COO at USAA, CEO at 24 Hour Fitness, Executive Vice President/Head of Stores at Home Depot, and Division President at Circuit City. He began his career as an officer in the United States Navy. Carl received a BS in Physical Science from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA from Vanderbilt University.
