Chris DiSantis joined American Securities in 2019. He leads our Resources Group, which assists portfolio companies with value creation by providing them with world-class talent in strategy, operations, human capital, IT, data science, financial performance, commercial excellence, and ESG. He is also a member of the Operating Committee. Chris works directly with our portfolio company management teams on the development and implementation of their strategic agendas. During his time at American Securities, Chris has also served as CEO on an interim basis for CPM, Prince International, Vibrantz Technologies, and as interim COO at SOLV Energy. Prior to joining American Securities, Chris was the CEO of Verso Corporation, a publicly traded paper, packaging, and pulp producer. Prior to Verso, he was CEO of H-D Advanced Manufacturing, CEO of Latrobe Specialty Metals (now part of Carpenter Technology), and President/COO of Hawk Corporation (now part of Carlisle Companies). Chris began his career in private equity with Bankers Trust. He is a member of the G100 organization and the Wake Forest University School of Business Board of Visitors. Chris received a BA in Economics and Mathematics from Dartmouth College.
