Joined American Industrial Partners in 2008. Served in the Leveraged Finance Origination investment banking group at Merrill Lynch & Co., where he participated in the origination and execution of leveraged loan, high yield bond and mezzanine financing transactions across various industries for private equity and corporate issuers. Mr. Hoffman graduated magna cum laude from New York University’s Stern School of Business, where he earned a dual Bachelor of Science in Finance and CPA Accounting and was named a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society.
