Kim Marvin Bio

Joined American Industrial Partners in 1997. Served in the Mergers and Acquisitions and Financial Institutions Groups of Goldman, Sachs & Co. from 1994 through 1997. Served as Chief Operating Officer of The American Original Corporation where he was employed from 1985 through 1991. Mr. Marvin graduated Tau Beta Pi from Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Ocean Engineering. Graduated from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration with High Distinction, where he earned his Master of Business Administration and was named a Baker Scholar. Mr. Marvin was a member of the United States National Rowing Team competing in the 1983 Rowing World Championships.
