Joined American Industrial Partners in 2001. Founded Newport Shrimp Company, an international seafood processing business, in 1976 and exited in 1989 with a sale to Clearwater Fine Foods. Served as Chief Operating Officer of Clearwater Fine Foods, USA from 1989 through 1992. Purchased and became Chairman of Newport Pacific Corporation in 1998. Mr. Becker graduated from Oregon State University with a Bachelor of Science.
