Giampiero is a Senior Operating Director in the Ambienta Value Creation Team. He joined Ambienta in 2020 and is based in Milan. Prior to Ambienta, he was an independent advisor for private equity portfolio companies. Prior to this, he was the CEO of an international manufacturing company, and a management consultant in Bain & Co. and in AlixPartners. He holds a PhD in Physics from University of Lecce, and an MBA from Columbia Business School (New York).
