Robert Egan Bio

Mr. Egan is the Founding Partner of Alston Capital and has 30 years of successful private equity investing experience. Prior to founding Alston Capital and its predecessor firm, Environmental Capital Partners, Mr. Egan was a Managing Director and Partner at JPMorgan Partners and its affiliates as well as a Senior Advisor to JPMorgan Partners’ successor firm, CCMP Capital. Prior to joining the founding team of Chase Capital, Mr. Egan began his career in The Chase Manhattan Banks’ Merchant Banking Group providing one stop shop financing to lower middle market buyouts. Mr. Egan received an M.B.A. from Columbia University and a B.A. from Boston University.
