Bradford B. Rossi is responsible for Allied’s strategic direction and firm oversight, and is actively involved in sourcing, evaluating, executing, and monitoring Allied’s investments. He applies more than 15 years of executive leadership, transactional, and private equity experience to partner with industrial companies. Prior to co-founding Allied in 2019, Bradford served as a partner and co-head of M&A for a lower-middle market industrial-focused private equity firm, where he held numerous board-level positions and served on the investment committee. Former private equity partner with Kirkland & Ellis LLP where he facilitated over $60 billion in M&A transactions. Former U.S. Army officer and veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom, where he was deployed to Afghanistan.
