Michelle Garland Bio

Michelle is the Founder and CEO of Soul Search Partners, a boutique firm of headhunters specializing in building the CXO teams for Seed-to-VC-to-PE backed digital health companies. Michelle is also a partner at AlleyCorp, an early stage venture fund and incubator launched by Kevin Ryan, (Business Insider, Gilt Groupe, MongoDB and Zola) where she will seed companies and invest check sizes of $1-3M. Michelle built her reputation as the leading headhunter for digital health companies at Daversa Partners where she spent 19 years growing the practice. Prior to Daversa Partners, Michelle spent a decade at Dow Jones for the Wall Street Journal and Dow Jones International. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the William Allen White School of Journalism at the University of Kansas.
