Alain Kaptan Bio

Alain joined All Seas Capital in 2021, where he is a Principal. Prior to ASCP, Alain held positions at Rothschild & Co and Credit Suisse, advising clients across a variety of transactions across M&A, restructuring and financing, as well as a European private equity firm, where he worked across a range of mid-market investment transactions, primarily in the industrial technology and healthcare sectors He holds an MBA from London Business School and a BA from University of Zurich.
