Claudia Beveridge Bio

After qualifying in 2003 Claudia worked at leading law firm Maclay Murray & Spens. She then joined Alfred McAlpine in 2005, where she advised on numerous acquisitions, restructurings and negotiations. Claudia joined Europa Support Services in 2011 and played a key role in implementing corporate governance policies and procedures. She worked closely with Aliter founding partners Andy Galloway and Greig Brown at both McAlpine and Europa. As Head of Legal at Aliter, Claudia’s role includes due diligence on transactions and the provision of legal advice to the Aliter fund and its portfolio companies, as well as general corporate governance advice.
