Stuart Schardin Bio

Stuart joined the Dallas office of ACP as an Operating Partner in 2025. He works with the investment team and portfolio company management on growth initiatives and operational priorities. Prior to joining ACP, Stuart was a Partner at McKinsey & Company and a leader in its Growth, Marketing & Sales practice. During his 20 years there he served clients across a broad range of B2B and B2B2C industries, helping them achieve their growth and margin aspirations. Stuart was a Founder and Leader of McKinsey’s acclaimed technology and data science solutions group, Periscope by McKinsey, an industry-leading SaaS, data and AI solutions provider in the areas of Pricing, Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing and Customer Experience. Stuart also held numerous Leadership roles at McKinsey including leading the Global People function for the Growth, Marketing & Sales practice, and the Dallas Office Client Capability Center, an innovation hub for North America. BA in Economics from Vanderbilt University. MBA in Management and Finance from Columbia Business School.
