Dave Modi Bio

Dave Modi joined the Dallas office of ACP in 2022. He is responsible for sourcing, executing and monitoring the Firm’s investments. Prior to joining ACP, Dave spent two years as a VP at CenterGate Capital, a lower-middle market private equity firm focusing on industrial services, specialty distribution and manufacturing businesses. His previous stints include working at an AI-industrial startup (Corporate Development & Strategy), McKinsey & Co. (Strategy Consultant), Platte River Equity (Private Equity Associate) and Simmons & Co. (Investment Banking Analyst). BBA in Corporate Finance from the University of Texas. MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
