Gabriele Galli Bio

Gabriele Galli is a Principal. He was previously responsible for structuring and underwriting financings in the Leveraged Finance team of Bank of America – Merrill Lynch. Before that he spent many years in the Leveraged Finance and M&A teams at Deutsche Bank advising European corporates and financial sponsors on a number of M&A, financing and equity capital market transactions. Gabriele graduated cum laude with an MSc in Finance at Bocconi University in Milan.
