Grace has over twenty years of private equity experience investing in smaller-middle market companies in the UK, having previously worked for Banc Boston Capital and Baring Private Equity Partners since 1997, prior to co-founding Alcuin in 2004. Grace has been involved in many successful deals including Caffè Nero, Krispy Kreme, Glide Technologies and Agrivert, and presently sits on the board of Tasker and High Road Restaurants. Grace holds a BSc(Econ) in Economics from the London School of Economics.
